Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus dark chocolate mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put together all cookie ingredients and mix well. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-13 min or possibly till set. Let cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet.FILLING: Put together 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla, and egg white. Add in the remaining sugar. Beat till smooth and creamy. Spread between cookies. Makes 24 sandwich cookies.
