  • 1 sm. head cabbage, cut up
  • 3 lg. potatoes, cubed

Directions

  1. Add in water to almost cover vegetables in large pot. Add in salt. Cook till tender. Add in white sauce. White Sauce: Heat butter over low heat; add in flour, salt and pepper. Stir till blended. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in lowfat milk and return to heat. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly till thick and smooth.
