Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) box sm. sea shells
- Sm. jar pimento
- 4 ounce jar mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon warm sauce
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cook seashells till tender, drain. Simmer butter, onions, add in flour and mix well. Add in lowfat milk gradually bring to a boil. Simmer 3 min. Remove from stove, add in balance of ingredients except cheese.Place in 9 x 12 inch casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve hot.
