Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Small curd cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
Directions
- Have ingredients at room temperature. Combine them in a large bowl. Beat till smooth and elastic. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight. Divide dough in two parts and roll into a circle on a floured surface 1/8-inch thick. Cut into wedges and roll from wide end. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 min till golden. Cold and ice.
