Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking pwdr (check date for freshness)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional) or possibly minced pecans
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar Add in egg and Vanilla Extract and mix till smooth Add in flour, cornmeal, baking pwdr, salt, raisins (optional) or possibly minced pecans and mix well. Drop dough from Tbsp. on a greased cookie sheet Bake at 350 15 min, or possibly till lightly browned
- Makes about 1 1/2 dozen
