Ingredients
- 2 lrg Heads cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. Onion tops, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. Salad oil
- 1/4 c. Garlic wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. White onion, grated
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
Directions
- Separate cauliflower into tiny florettes. Drop into boiling, salted water.
- Cook for 5 min. Drain well and chill. Mix remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour over cauliflower and let marinate several hrs before serving. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.
