Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 tsp McCormick Poultry Seasoning
- 2 tsp McCormick Thyme Leaves
- 1 tsp McCormick Season-All Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Black Pepper
- 12 c. dry unseasoned bread cubes
- 1 can chicken broth - (13 3/4 ounce)
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat butter. Saute/fry celery and onion 5 min; stir in seasonings.
- Place bread cubes in large bowl. Stir in celery and onion mix. Add in broth; toss to combine.
- Spoon into 13- by 9-inch baking dish; bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven 35 min.
