Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 T butter
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Cream together 1 1/2 cups sugar with 2 tbsp melted butter. Add in beaten egg. Sift flour and baking pwdr together and add in alternately with lowfat milk to sugar and butter mix. Spread evenly in greased 8"x8" pan. Cover with brown sugar and dot with 4 tbsp butter. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake 20 min at 425 degrees. Serve warm.
