Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine 1/4 c. water, yeast and 2 Tbsp. flour; let rise for 10 min. Mix Large eggs, 1 c. water, lowfat milk, sugar, salt and extract together; add in yeast mix. Add in remaining flour till damp; add in butter. Knead till smooth. Let rise till doubled in bulk. Roll out dough. Spread Filling on dough; roll up like jelly roll. Let rise for 30 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cold before slicing.
  2. Keeps well. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
