Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
4 T cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix together first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Set aside. Mix together dry ingredients and add in to hot mix. Beat large eggs and stir into mix, then add in vanilla. Bake in a 9"x13" greased and lightly floured pan 22 min or possibly till comes out clean at 375 degrees.
