Ingredients
- 1 c. Dry cocoa
- 2 c. Espresso coffee
- 3 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 pch Salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 2 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Almond extract
Directions
- 1. Mix cocoa and coffee till smooth.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- 3. Beat together Large eggs, butter, sugar and extracts.
- 4. Add in flour and coffee mixtures to the butter mix alternately, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
- 5. Grease and flour the bottom of a 9" by 13" cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min to one hour, till toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
