About me

I am interested in eating a low carb diet. My weight has gotten way out of control. Getting back to the basics is what I want to do. What I mean by this is getting away from processed food as much as I can. I am one, who can eat at a local fast food joint three times a day and it's slowing killing me. I really do enjoy cooking, especially, for family and friends. But really enjoy eating bread, pasta, sweets, and those traditional down home meals for the family.
