Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6 ounce.) chocolate chips
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
Directions
- Mix all but chocolate chips. Roll into 8 x 15 inch rectangle. Spread with melted chocolate chips. Roll up and refrigerateslightly. Slice. Bake on greased pan at 350 degrees for 10 min.
