  • 2 cans minced green chilis
  • 4 onions, minced
  • 4 peeled tomatoes or possibly 1 lg. can
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped or possibly 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  1. Brown beef and onions. Add in rest of ingredients and cook till tender. (Simmer 3 to 4 hrs.)
