Directions

  1. Sprinkle 6 custard c. with cornmeal. In pan, heat water and butter to a boil. Add in flour, Parmesan, chili pwdr and baking pwdr. Stir over low heat till it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time, and continue beating till smooth. Pour into custard c.. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 min till center is hard and edge is golden (a well will form in center and the edge will puff up). Make shallow slit on top surfaces of bottom crust. Cold 5 min. Remove from c. and fill with chili.
