Ingredients

  • 6 x boneless skinless chicken breasts McCormick's Montreal Chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 2 x Zucchini or possibly yellow squash
  • 4 x potatoes, sliced

Directions

  1. Spray pan with Pam. Layer potatoes, squash and cabbage, seasoning each layer with Montreal Chicken seasoning. I also add in salt and pepper to my potatoes. Place chicken on top of cabbage and season with chicken seasoning and pepper. Put little pats of butter on top of chicken. Fill pan about half full of chicken broth. Cover and cook at 350 for 20 min. Uncover and cook an additional 20 min, or possibly till chicken and vegetables are cooked.
