Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Beat egg and mix with chicken bouillon.
  3. Combine chicken, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and grnd pepper. Marinate 30 min.
  4. Combine bread crumbs and seasonings in shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg and rol in breadcrumb mix; place on large cookie sheet. Spray with extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. Meanwhile, combine honey with mustard.
  7. To serve, dip nuggets into sauce.
