Ingredients

  • 6-8 piece chicken, skinned
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
  • 1 c. Minute Rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup and 1 c. water or possibly 1 pkg. onion soup mix and 2 c. water

Directions

  1. If you like, chicken may be browned in skillet till slightly browned. Mix remaining ingredients and combine in casserole with chicken. May be topped with pats of butter, if you like if not browned. Bake in warm oven 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
