  • 1 box stuffing mix (6 ounce. box) chicken flavored
  • 6 x Chicken breast halves skinless, boneless about 1-1/2 pound total
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Minced parsley

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400-degrees F. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions but don't let stand.
  2. 2. Spoon stuffing across center of 2-quart. shallow baking dish. Arrange 3 chicken pcs on each side of stuffing, overlapping if necessary.
  3. 3. Combine soup, lowfat milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil; bake 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes or possibly till chicken is no longer pink. Stir sauce before serving. VARIATION: Add in 1/2 c. each minced carrot, celery and onion with seasoning packet while preparing stuffing mix.
