Chicken And Pesto Crostini Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 slc french bread cut 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/4 c. pesto sauce
  • 12 slc chicken
  • 6 x cherry tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 . Place bread slices on ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 min or possibly till crisp. Spread each slice with pesto; top with chicken, tomatoes and cheese. Bake an additional 3 to 5 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
