- 8 x Chicken breast halves -- Skinn
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 x 8 ounce pkg shredded Mozzarella
- 1 x 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms --
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2 x Tomatoes -- peeled and Diced
- 1 x 4 ounce can minced green Chili
Directions
- In greased 11 x 7 x 1/2" baking dish. Combine cheese and next 3 ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with chilies. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 min. Serve over rice.
