Ingredients
- 1 x Frzn sara lee bagel - plain, egg,onion or possibly poppy
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. , (1 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese*
- 2 tsp Minced black olives
Directions
- Toast bagel according to package directions. Spread each half with 1 tsp. mayonnaise; top each with 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese, sprinkle with olives. Broil to heat cheese. Cut each bagel half into 6 "bagel bites."
- *Variations: Substitute 1 of following combination for Cheddar cheese and black olives; proceed as above:1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese and 2 tsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives Or possibly 4 Tbsp. shredded Monterey Jack cheese and 2 tsp. minced Jalapeno peppers Or possibly Brie, sliced thin to fit bagel, remove rind and Canned, sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
