Ingredients
- 500g hard cream cheese
- 10 slices toast cheese
- 10 slices ham
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 leek
- 10 slices baked red pepper
- black beans pepper
- dry dill
- sweet chilli powder
- black pepper powder
Directions
- 1.Make little balls from a half of hard cream cheese,and roll them in sweet chilli powder,black pepper powder,dill.
- 2.Put a cheese slice,on a ham cheese,and a slice of red baked pepper,till are over.
- 3.From another part of hard cream cheese,made again balls,roll them in dill,and stick them on a toothpick,and make snow mans,adding black bean pepper like buttons,eyes and mouth.On their heads put a little piece of baked red pepper.
- 4.Peel,wash the leek,and and cut,then pull out the middle,and stuff each empty roll,with cream cheese mixed with salt.
