2 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 stick butter
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. minced pecans

Directions

Blend sugar, large eggs, salad oil and vanilla together. Sift all dry ingredients together and add in. Stir in grated carrots. Pour in three 8 inch pans, greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
Mix together and spread on cake.
