- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Carnation Instant Skim Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
Directions
- In a large mixer bowl, combine ingredients well. Store in a dry place in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
