Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 6 or possibly more hard-cooked large eggs
- 8 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions
- Blend soup with mayonnaise. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring till well blended. Add in 1 tsp minced chives, then layer egg slices and mayonnaise sauce in 1 qt baking dish. Sprinkle bacon around edge of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
