  1. May use Egg Beaters.The night before: Mix croutons and cheese. Put in greased 10" x 6" x 1 3/4" dish. Mix remaining ingredients till blended. Pour over crouton mix. Sprinkle bacon over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 min. Double the recipe for 9"x13" pan. Christmas morning, pop in oven while you open the gifts.
