Directions

  1. Heat butter and simmer with onion, celery, and mushroom slices. Pour uncooked broccoli slices into large (10 inch) casserole dish. Add in undiluted soup, cooked rice, and butter mix; stir well. Cover or possibly top with 4 slices Velveeta cheese. Bake with cover 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Top again with 4 more slices Velveeta cheese after stirring well. Bake another 1/2 hour at 350 degrees covered.
