Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 1/2 c. rice (fix on side)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 c. cheese (Velveeta or possibly cheddar)
- 1 c. corn (whole kernel)
Directions
- Cook together hamburger, onion and bell pepper. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till warm in casserole dish in oven. Top with cheese.
