- 3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp vital wheat gluten flour
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
