Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the margarine, sugar and vanilla till combined. Add in egg and beat well. Beat in lowfat sour cream. Add in the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and nutmeg; beat just till combined. Pour batter into a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine bran, brown sugar and remaining ingredients; Mix well. Sprinkle bran topping over cake batter. Bake in a 375F oven for 30 min or possibly till a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve hot.
