Ingredients
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. shelled pecan halves
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Combine sugar, syrup, and melted butter. Add in beaten Large eggs and pecans to syrup mix. Mix thoroughly. Pour filling in pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then at 300 degrees for 35 min. Yields one 9 inch pie.
