Directions

  1. Heat oil/margarine to hot. Add beef and onion, salt and pepper. Cook to sear 5 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook through.
  3. Mix water, flour, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and blended.
  4. Add to hot beef mixture and stir until smooth and thickened.
  5. Stir in sour cream and stir constantly to mix well.
  6. Heat to temperature. Pan up and serve.
