1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. bourbon
1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

Sprinkle meat with meat tenderizer, let sit 1 hour. Mix ingredients, brush meat, let sit at least 6 hrs, turn every 2 hrs.
