  1. Brown and drain beef. Combine beef, onions, cheese, oregano, cumin, garlic salt and chiles. Place a spoonful of the meat mix on each won ton wrapper and follow package directions for folding and sealing. Deep fry 1 1/2 min or possibly till golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Makes 6 dozen appetizers.
