Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, water, and mustard.
  2. In a small non-stick skillet, heat oil over moderately-high heat till warm but not smoking and cook salmon 2 to 3 min on each side, or possibly till golden brown and just cooked through. Transfer salmon to 4 plates.
  3. Add in honey mix to skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, till it reaches a glaze-like consistency. Pour the glaze over salmon and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
