Ingredients

1 lb Lean grnd beef
1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Chopped onion
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
1 x Egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. Snipped fresh parsley
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bot chili sauce
1 jar (10z) grape jelly

Directions

Combine meatball ingredients. Brown meatballs in large skillet. Drain off fat and remove meatballs.
Combine sauce ingredients in same skillet and heat, stirring till jelly melts. Return meatballs and heat through. Serve hot.
Makes about 5 dozen.
