Ingredients
- 1 onion, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Cooked roast beef
Directions
- Mix above 9 ingredients and simmer 45 min. Stir often. This makes the sauce. Tear your roast beef apart, using lean meat in thin strips. Mix with sauce and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour. May make the day before. The longer meat and sauce are together the better the taste.
