  1. Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar, butter and Large eggs low speed 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla low speed 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda, medium speed 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1. Bake 20-25 min. Cold and frost.
