Ingredients

  •     (Sapulpa)
  • 8 x chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. white cooking wine
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar (3 1/2 ounce.) minced pimento, liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  •     Wild rice

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large pan so which meat is in a single layer. Combine soup, wine, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour mix over chicken and cover container with foil. Bake for 1 hr. at 300 degrees.
  2. Remove from oven and spread with pimento and lowfat sour cream. Return tooven to keep hot. Serve chicken on a bed of wild rice. 8 servings.
