  1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Gradually beat large eggs. Mash bananas and add in to creamed mix. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Sift flour, baking pwdr, gently mix in the Nescafe Instant Coffee, sifted dry ingredients and half the walnuts into the creamed mix. Spoon into a greased 8" ring tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Leave in tin for 3 min to cool, then place on wire rack. When cold, ice with coffee icing and sprinkle with remaining nuts.COFFEE ICING: Soften 2 tbsp butter, sift 1 cup icing sugar. Dissolve 1 tsp Nescafe in 2 tbsp hot water. Put together butter, icing sugar and coffee. Beat till smooth.
