Ingredients
- 16 slices bacon (cook, crumble)
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly lowfat sour cream
- 5 teaspoon lowfat milk
Directions
- Place all ingredients except bacon in blender on high till smooth. Stir in bacon. Cover and refrigerate.
