- 1 sm. carrot, pared and sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 green pepper, cut up
- 1 sm. onion, peeled and halved
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Dash pepper
- 8 ounce. carton cottage cheese
Directions
- Combine carrot, cucumber, green pepper, onion, soy sauce, pepper in blender. Chop fine. Blend in cottage cheese. Serve with crackers or possibly chips or possibly use to fill celery pcs. Makes 3 c..
