  • 450 gm Baby potatoes
  • 30 gm Butter or possibly polyunsaturated fat
  • 1 dsp chives, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 x Lemon, rind only

Directions

  1. Wash and steam the potatoes for 12-15 min till tender. If preferred, they can be cut in half before cooking.
  2. In a separate pan heat the butter, add in the minced chives and lemon, toss around to release the flavours, then pour over the potatoes and serve.
