Ingredients
- 1 x 9-inch unbaked single pie shell
- 3 x Large eggs
- 5 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Applesauce
Directions
- Beat Large eggs, sugar, cinnamon and lowfat milk. Fold in applesauce. Pour into shell.
- Bake at 450 F. for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 F. for 30 min. MC
