Ingredients

  • 1 x 9-inch unbaked single pie shell
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Applesauce

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs, sugar, cinnamon and lowfat milk. Fold in applesauce. Pour into shell.
  2. Bake at 450 F. for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 F. for 30 min. MC
