2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
2/3 c. Applesauce, sweetened
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tsp Hard butter or possibly margarine
1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
2 tsp Nuts, finely minced

Directions

Grease round pan, 9". Mix all ingredients except Streusel Topping till moistened. Spread batter in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake in a preheated 400 oven till wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20-25 min.
Serves hot. Streusel Topping: Mix allingredients till crumbly.
