Directions

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt. Set aside. In small bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla, and egg. Alternate dry ingredients with lowfat milk. Mix in blueberries. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix over top. Bake in 8 x 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
