About me

I had gastric bypass surgery in February 2006 and lost about 160 pounds...but have been under a lot of stress and have gained about 45 back. I am scared I will gain more weight. I need to cook more at home but, as a single workaholic, that is never easy or convenient. I eat out way too much. I do have a nuwave oven (and the mini one) as well as the precision cook top. I LOVE them both and it does make my life a little easier. The oven does everything I need it to do...and cooks meat from frozen to done in a short amount of time.
