As a future registered dietitian, and nutrition expert, I love everything there is to love about food: cooking it, baking it, buying it, the way it tastes, the way it smells – you name it! My love for food has transformed over the years into a love for the science behind the food as well: nutrition. I believe living isn’t living without good food, and that good food starts with delicious, wholesome ingredients.
